Every month, I’ll be taking a world-famous song and “disguising” it using a remixing technique. Learning songs is so much fun, but these challenges will get you using musical lessons in your own playing.
Your mission? Unmask the tune, then make it your own.
The Steps
The Guess:
Watch the monthly disguised video. Can you identify the secret song hidden in the chords? Drop your guess in the comments below!
The Masterclass:
Once the song is revealed, I’ll drop a tutorial. I’ll teach you the chords of the song, then give you an idea of how to change the feel of it!
The Remix:
Now it’s your turn. Borrow those chords to create your own “Undercover” version. Challenge yourself to find something new in familiar chords.
The Feedback Flow:
At the end of each month, I’ll create a Feedback Flow video or text – celebrating the most creative disguises from the community. Personal comments to boost your learning.
