Refund Policy
Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
All PDF scale booklets and downloadable resources are digital products delivered instantly after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive immediate access to digital content.
- You waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download begins.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct product.
Online Courses
Course purchases grant immediate access to digital learning materials.
If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 21 days of purchase, provided:
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
- No course materials have been downloaded for offline use (if applicable).
After 7 days, or if substantial course content has been accessed, refunds are not available.
If a refund is approved:
- Course access will be revoked.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once access to member-only digital content or features has been granted.
By purchasing a membership, you agree that access to digital content begins immediately and you waive any applicable cooling-off rights to the extent permitted by law.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, but will not refund the current billing period.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
Partial refunds are not provided for unused time, inactivity, or accidental failure to cancel before renewal.
